1. Athirapally waterfalls
Athirappilly waterfalls are situated in the Athirappilly village of Thrissur district in Kerala. It is an awesome place to enjoy the natural beauty of the magnificent Athirappilly falls
There are many Indian movies which added this scenic beauty to its background. This place is so serene and refreshing and is a must see if you are visiting Kerala.
2. Bannerghatta National Park
Bannerghatta national park is one of the best visit places of Bangalore and among the most famous wildlife parks of Karnataka state.
In addition to the nature reserve, it also houses a zoo, children's park, snake park, butterfly park, crocodile park, aquarium, a museum, and a safari park.
It is home to a variety of animals, birds and butterfly species. Lion and tiger safari is among the top attractions for visitors.
3. Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden
Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is the largest Tulip garden in Asia, spanning over an area of 30 hectares is located in Srinagar, India. It has the mesmerizing view of multiple lines of tulip plants in all possible colors.
It also houses many other plant species in addition to Tulips. It was opened in 2007 and is owned by Government of Kashmir.
4. Lalbagh Botanical Garden
Lalbagh Botanical Garden is one of the best gardens of India with an area of 240 acres. It was initially designed in the Mughal style and contains rare species of plants brought from outside of India.
In addition to this vast variety of Flora, it offers many other attractions like Lalbagh rock, glass house, Lalbagh lake, museum, and aquarium building.
Lalbagh flower show which is held every year attracts a lot of tourists.
5. Mehtab Bagh
Mehtab bagh is a four complex garden built by mughal in a traditional Persian architecture in Agra. It is situated on the bank of Yamuna river opposite to Taj mahal and Agra fort.
It is a perfect place for photographers to click awesome pictures with Taj mahal as background. This garden has fountain, pools, walkaways, flowers, fruit trees etc.
It is not recommended to visit Mehtab bagh during rainy season as these places were flooded those times. This moonlit pleasure garden is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Taj mahal.
6. Shalimar Bagh
Shalimar Bagh is a Mughal garden in Srinagar, built by Mughal emperor Jahangir for this wife Nurudeen. The word Shalimar means 'abode of kive'.
Shalimar Bagh is also called as the crown of Srinagar and it is a public park. It is built in a Persian style with terrace, pools, flower beds, chinar trees, etc.
Shalimar Bagh popular attractions is during spring autumn seasons due to the color change in chinar tree leaves in the garden. It is one of the best places near Dal lake.
7. Vazhachal Falls
Vazhachal waterfall is a beautiful place to visit in Athirapilly village. It is located nearby 5 km to Athirappilly waterfalls. So if you are planning you Visit Athirapilly waterfalls, then don't miss this place.
Compared to Athirappilly waterfalls, Vazhachal waterfall is not vertical. But, it is nice to enjoy sloaping flow over the rocks.
It is not recommended to step over the river flow through the rocks, as the rocks are slippery and the chances of an accident are more.
You can enjoy the falls by sitting near the river.
